Finning Canada is seeking a permanent, full-time Labour Relations Advisor to collaborate with business leaders, HR representatives and union teams across multiple provinces and units. You will provide guidance on collective agreements, interpretation, and serve as a company spokesperson in union meetings and bargaining sessions.

The role may be based in Surrey, Kamloops, or Prince George with a hybrid work model and competitive compensation including base salary and perks.
