As part of the Global HR Technology team, you will lead projects to configure and improve UKG Dimensions for timekeeping, attendance, labor management, and compliance. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to deliver effective workforce management solutions that align with McCain's business strategy.
Key Responsibilities: • Configure UKG Dimensions for attendance, scheduling,
and labor compliance • Partner with teams to streamline workforce management processes • Design and validate integrations between platforms • Manage work efforts using Agile methodologies and Jira • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in workforce management
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience • 3-5+ years with UKG Dimensions or similar platforms • Knowledge of labor regulations and payroll processes • Experience in integrating HR systems and data analysis • Familiarity with Agile practices and Jira management
