Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support when needed, ensuring smooth service flow
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing excellent guest services

Skills





- Proven food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
- Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is a plus for supporting team operations
