Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our dynamic retail team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and implement effective merchandising strategies. Your leadership will inspire team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a welcoming store environment, and uphold company standards.

Duties

-Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity levels

-Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce

-Manage inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales potential

-Oversee cash handling, cashiering procedures, and POS (Point of Sale) systems for accuracy and efficiency

-Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones

-Conduct regular staff performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and training programs

-Maintain accurate financial records including budgeting, bookkeeping,



and payroll processing

-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies at all times

Skills

-Strong leadership abilities with proven supervising experience in retail environments

-Excellent communication skills in both bilingual (if applicable) and multilingual settings

-Skilled in negotiation, sales management, and customer service excellence

-Proficient in retail management software, POS systems, and administrative tools

-Adept at merchandising, pricing strategies, and store presentation techniques

-Effective time management with organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

-Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff

-Knowledge of budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and financial recordkeeping

-Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling procedures with integrity

-Strong interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and conflict resolution capabilities
