We are an established and growing giftware retailer seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, staff, sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer service.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, organized, and accountable for store performance, profitability, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and staff scheduling.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
- Set sales targets and monitor store KPIs.
- Oversee inventory, replenishment, purchasing, and markdowns.
- Maintain effective merchandising, pricing, promotions, and displays.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high service standards.
- Oversee POS systems, e-commerce, and social media promotions.
- Monitor expenses, margins, and store profitability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience.
- Strong experience in sales, inventory, merchandising, and staff supervision.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and improve store performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with POS systems and retail software.
- E-commerce and social media experience are assets.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.




- Able to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
