We are hiring a friendly and customer-focused Sales Associate to help create an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist with product selection

- Recommend décor items based on style, space, and budget

- Maintain clean, organized, fully stocked displays

- Process purchases accurately using the POS system

- Pick and pack customer orders safely

- Assist customers with carrying purchases to their vehicles

- Support store organization and basic social media content when needed

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales experience preferred

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail and store presentation

- Ability to multitask in a busy retail setting

- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented

- Comfortable lifting and carrying merchandise

Pay: $18.25 per hour

Work Location: In person
