We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team as our store expands to meet the needs of our niche and growing needs. The Store Supervisor is expected to lead by example, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. This role entails responsibility for the effective and profitable operation of the store, contributing to its success and positive growth.

Responsibilities

- Assign sales workers to duties.
- Authorize return of merchandise.
- Train or arrange for staff training.




- Order merchandizes to replenish inventory.
- Organize and manage inventory.
- Establish work schedules.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandize and personnel matters.
- Resolve problems that arise at the store, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of store workers.
- Conduct performance reviews.
