Position Bilingual Operations Analyst, Warranty – Toronto Responsibilities Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries from customers, dealers, and partners regarding warranty and insurance products Provide product support and guidance related to underwriting policies and procedures Support adjudication and claims processes for products including: Mechanical Breakdown Insurance / Vehicle Service Contracts Other ancillary dealership products Interpret and apply mechanical, technical, and contractual documentation Monitor and report on trends within the customer base (claims behavior, sales trends, customer lifecycle patterns) Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational processes and service delivery Qualifications 3 – 5 years’ experience in automotive dealership fixed and/or variable operations Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience Automotive / Powersport / Recreational Service Technician Certificate of Qualification (Red Seal)
