This on-site role requires a proactive approach, hands-on warehouse experience, and effective communication skills. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure the proper processing of returned materials in alignment with company standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Process and follow up on RMA orders
- Collaborate with production, shipping, and accounting teams
- Manually load and unload RMA orders
- Update RMA records in ERP system (INFOR)
- Communicate with vendors regarding returns Requirements:
- High school diploma with technical training preferred
- 2+ years in Warehouse/Shipping roles
- Previous RMA experience in manufacturing
- Valid forklift certification
