Duties：
- Develop robotics automation solutions for industry
- Perform industrial research on emerging AI technologies in robotic manipulation
- Improve existing robotics solutions by integrating new AI technologies
Qualifications:
- Technical experience:
- Python development
- ROS/ROS2 development
- Git/software version control
- Software system/architecture design
- Multithreaded real-time systems development
- Electronics design/troubleshooting
- Computer Vision (object detection, human tracking, gesture recognition)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Technical experience:
- Motor control (PID controllers, motor controllers, serial devices)
- Real-time video processing
- AI for robotics (VLAs, object detection, edge AI deployment)
- Experience with humanoid robotics and dexterous robot manipulation
- Bachelor's Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline
- (preferred) Master's in Degree Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline
