Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer with 10+ years of IT experience, including extensive hands-on expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance business productivity. The role requires strong technical skills, solution architecture capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and experience delivering automation programs in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automation solutions.
- Lead end-to-end RPA implementation projects from requirements gathering through production deployment.
- Build scalable and reusable automation frameworks using UiPath best practices and RE Framework.
- Develop attended, unattended, and hybrid automation solutions.
- Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, web applications, databases, ERP, and legacy systems.
- Implement OCR, document processing, PDF automation, and intelligent automation capabilities.
- Perform code reviews, optimization, debugging, exception handling,



and performance tuning.
- Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator for deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, infrastructure teams, and support teams.
- Prepare technical design documents, solution architecture, deployment plans, and operational runbooks.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, audit, and enterprise development standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across RPA initiatives.
- Support production incidents, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.

Strong expertise in:

- UiPath Studio
- UiPath Orchestrator
- RE Framework
- AI Center
- Action Center
- OCR Technologies
- Task Mining and Process Mining

Experience with:

- C#, VB.NET, or .NET Framework
- REST APIs and Web Services
- JSON, XML, and data transformation
- Source control tools (Git, Azure DevOps) -CI/CD implementation for RPA solutions -Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is preferred.

Functional Skills:

- Business process analysis and process re-engineering.
- Process assessment and automation feasibility studies.
- Estimation, planning, and resource coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/ Scrum workplace
