The Regional Vice President, Asia & Australia Pacific, is a business leader who is profit minded, and able to execute the regional strategy through effective management of people and process. Agile leadership abilities, combined with exceptional communication, analytical,



and sales & marketing skills are essential to success in this role. This individual is ultimately accountable for the entire region’s sales P&L; in collaboration with partners in product, marketing, and other key functional groups.

This leader is responsible for the strategic and operational management for the region as well as for coaching and developing their regional sales directors and delivering sales team’s effectiveness in achieving its ambitious growth and vision.

This position will be the ultimate role model for the team in providing high level customer service to clients and potential clients and oversees the development of their staff through consistent mentorship and performance management. Integrity, vision, professionalism, process discipline and passion are key components of this position.
