You will assist the Senior Construction EHS Manager in overseeing safety on various projects across the country. Your responsibilities will include designing effective safety programs, training personnel, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. This role requires a proactive approach to safety leadership, fostering enthusiasm among team members at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:



• Foster a safety-first culture among site teams • Develop and maintain safety management plans • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations • Monitor and review safety training progress • Assist in incident investigation and reporting

Requirements: • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety/Health • Minimum ten years in Health, Safety, and Environmental roles • Five years’ contractor management experience required • Wind/solar construction experience preferred • CHST certification is required; CSP is preferred
