In this pivotal role, you will support safety culture through effective coaching and mentoring.

You will partner with various teams to identify and analyze performance gaps and promote continuous improvement in operational effectiveness. Engaging with leadership and both union and non-union staff, your mission is to enhance safety through HuP principles. Key Responsibilities:
