Join ATCO Frontec as a Salad and Sandwich Maker at our Jansen Discovery Lodge in Jansen, SK. Create delicious salads and made-to-order sandwiches while ensuring strict kitchen cleanliness. As a Salad and Sandwich Maker, you will be instrumental in preparing quality food for our staff in a 14 days on, 7 days off rotation.

Your role includes efficiently making high-volume salad and sandwich items while adhering to food sanitation standards. You'll also manage food storage and minimize waste to maintain the Lodge's kitchen efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare salad bar items and specialty sandwiches
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and dishware
- Stock all food serving areas while monitoring quality
- Handle the daily preparation and serving of sandwiches and salads
- Assist in various kitchen tasks during production Requirements:
- Valid food safety certificate required
- 1 year of experience as a Salad/Sandwich Maker
- Robust interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure
