- Demonstrate products through engaging demos, highlighting features and benefits to encourage informed purchasing decisions
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant accessories or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured products
- Provide clear communication about product specifications, technical details, and store promotions in multiple languages if applicable
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting product demos, and ensuring merchandise is well-presented




- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and ensure smooth store operations
- Uphold organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and efficient store layout

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or electronics sectors
- Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
- Proven ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and effectively
- Experience with cashiering systems (POS), cash handling, and basic math calculations required
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques and inventory management practices
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of upselling strategies and effective sales techniques in retail settings
