Position

Summary

This Design Sales Consultant is a full time role based out of our Designer Showroom in the Castlefield Design District. The role is accountable for providing both in-showroom & Outbound Sales/Business Development. Design & Customer Service Experience and Passion is a must as we provide the highest quality Luxury wood floors to Toronto's Leading Interior Designers, Architects, Custom Builders & Large Multi-unit developers. ACCOUNTABILITY:

Detailed Reporting, Entry and upkeep of In house CRM

Perform Showroom Sales & Outbound Business Development and Account Management with Interior designers, architects, Custom Builders and Developers

Perform Design consultations, take offs, estimating and account Management as the role requires. Participate in trade shows,



exhibitions, and networking with associations to promote product

Maintain great client relationship and rapport and ability to deal with unique requests while having a can do attitude at all times Qualifications & what will make you successful:

Outstanding Problem Solving & Resiliency with a passion for Design and Sales Sucess.

History of generating sales with proven track record within the Canadian Design/Interior Finishes Sales Experience

Understanding of Interior Design & Colour theory

Maintain skilled and technical knowledge by attending education workshops, reviewing industry publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in manufacturing associations

Great relationship builder who establishes strong alliances with trades and vendors

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong time management attention to detail, organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects at once.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, Co-pilot etc)

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Digital Marketing Creative Apps and Rendering Applications such as Sketch-up & 3DMax would be considered an asset.
