As a Senior Commercial Insurance Advisor, you will promote and educate small business clients on insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Responsibilities
- Be a member of our inclusive culture and collaborate with colleagues across a wide variety of backgrounds.
- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention.
- Uncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate, identifying their needs and providing recommendations.
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles.
- Guide and mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.
- Apply a curiosity-driven approach to continuously seek opportunities for career growth.
Qualifications
- Laser-focused with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional ability to build authentic client relationships.
- Excellent time‑management skills and demonstrated confidentiality and discretion.
- Insurance broker license Level 2 or currently working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
