In short are you my next design guide? Be aware that this position includes working on Saturday’s so if that doesn’t fit your schedule this probably isn’t the right position for you. I see your still reading. Okay good. You are going to be the face of the company and look after our most valued asset; Our Customers. You ask what a typical day looks like. Well it starts with a quick team meeting and then you'll walk around our beautiful showroom to make sure that we look in tip-top shape for our customers. Then you get the opportunity to work with some of the best customers in Edmonton.





While you are waiting for another customer you will check on a clients order to make sure that what you promised is going to happen and give them a call or email to update them with what you find. You will write some thank –you cards, make a few follow-up phone calls, re-tag some pieces in the showroom, make sure that your sales tools are up to date and maybe even wrap a lamp for a customer that you just helped. In the end if it is going to help you make customers happy it is going to be something that you need to be concerned about.
