Our 2-Year Sales Management Trainee Programme is designed for high-potential individuals with the ambition to develop into future sales leaders within our organisation.
What You’ll Experience
- Drive business development and support company sales growth initiatives
- Build solid customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Support execution of sales strategies and commercial initiatives
- Analyse market opportunities and customer needs to drive business growth
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions for clients
- Develop leadership capabilities and commercial acumen for future sales management roles
Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Management, or equivalent fields
- At least 1 year of working experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales, business development, and technology solutions
- Self-driven individual with leadership potential
