We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager / F&I; Specialist to join our leadership team. This role will work closely alongside our Finance Manager and Sales Manager, supporting both the sales floor and finance department to ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient purchase experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities - Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets - Assist with deal structuring and closing, ensuring smooth transactions from the showroom to delivery - Work with customers to present and secure financing and protection products including warranties and vehicle protection packages - Collaborate with the Finance Manager on lender approvals, paperwork accuracy,
