Role Description

This is a full-time, remote, Independent Contractor position for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building B2B relationships with clients. Daily tasks include managing sales activities, meeting sales targets, identifying market opportunities, and developing new corporate relationships.

- Proven experience in Sales, Client Relations, and Business Development
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with goal setting, KPI management, and sales reporting
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative setting
- Proficiency in tools such as CRM and other sales-related software
- Prior experience in the healthcare or rehabilitation sector is an asset
- Ability to use Google Workspace including Sheets w/ basic formula knowledge and Sheets
- Relevant education in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
