In this position at Insight Health Solutions, you will play an essential role in mental health care for first responders, focusing on diagnosing and treating conditions within the framework of the WSIB Mental Health Specialized Care Contract. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, your work will concentrate on client assessment, therapy delivery, and community reintegration efforts, ensuring clients receive the best possible care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interprofessional assessments for treatment recommendations
• Provide therapeutic support through 1:1 and group sessions




• Discuss complex cases during interdisciplinary rounds
• Develop clinical documentation for effective case management
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers and insurers
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario is essential
• At least three years of relevant clinical experience
• Proficient in trauma-focused therapy and treatment approaches
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptability to evolving tasks and challenges
