- Deliver top-tier customer service per YMCA standards
- Achieve defined sales targets established by supervisors
- Ensure service areas are well-organized and clean
- Engage members in meaningful conversations about their needs
- Report service issues to the Manager on Duty promptly Requirements:
- Must have proven customer service experience
- Computer skills necessary for daily operations
- Certification in Emergency Training needed
- Must hold CPR and First Aid certifications
