Development: Lead development of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages. Manage configuration of objects, workflows, and automation tools. Implement integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Ensure data integrity and synchronization across platforms. conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.

Project Delivery: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements; manage technical deliverables within Agile or Scrum frameworks.

Performance & Security: Optimize Salesforce performance and scalability; ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards. TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
