We currently have a Sales Associate position open at our Provincial Road location in Windsor. As a Sales Associate, you will provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers by promoting our products and providing fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. The successful candidate must be available to work (but not limited to) evenings, weekends, and weekdays.

Warmly welcome and create a friendly atmosphere for all customers. Assess customer needs and provide knowledgeable recommendation on the range of products available. Showcase the features and benefits of products that complement the sale.

Deliver legendary service by resolving customer inquiries according to Work Authority’s Values.



Collaborate with the store team to enhance overall store sales by consistently providing outstanding customer experiences. Skillfully close sales to build lasting customer relationships.

Continuously expand your knowledge of products, services, promotions, events, and store layout. Assist in store merchandising, handle returns, and ensure the store maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized setting. Adhere to all relevant store operational policies and practices, including customer service, loss prevention, and problem resolution.

A minimum of 1 year of retail experience is preferred. Exceptional communication abilities with a strong commitment to customer service. Candidates should be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and weekdays.
