Design and document scalable system solutions within the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll ecosystem. Liaise with technical and development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of system designs. Provide expert-level support and guidance to payroll teams, ensuring smooth system operation and compliance with local regulations. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users, promoting effective system usage and adoption of best practices. Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives. Work independently and collaboratively within a quick-paced, evolving environment, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for both the U.S. and Canada, including implementation, development, testing, and support. Proven experience with SAP modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll. Deep understanding of P2P (Point-to-Point) replication, Employee Central Payroll configuration, delustering, and related integration tools. Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance, including legal reporting, vacation premiums, Social Insurance, and CFDI (Mexico payroll compliance is a plus if relevant).



Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset. Seniority level
