We are looking for a passionate and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Lead to join our HR Technology practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR strategy, employee experience, and digital enablement. You will lead onboarding engagements that help clients deliver seamless, personalized, and scalable onboarding journeys using SAP SuccessFactors.
As a Manager or Senior Consultant, you’ll play a hands‑on role in designing, configuring, and deploying onboarding solutions while guiding clients through transformation with confidence and empathy. Facilitate workshops to translate onboarding vision into SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
Solution
Design & Implementation Lead the configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including integration with Recruiting and Employee Central. Design onboarding workflows, forms, and experiences tailored to client needs. Introduce innovations such as mobile onboarding, pre‑boarding portals, and personalized content.
Project Delivery
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Support testing, training, and change enablement activities.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the SAP COI and HR tech team. Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and related modules.
Ability to manage client relationships and lead workshops.
Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, and integration. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR technology consulting, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
Proven experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification (preferred).
Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central. Exposure to compliance and regulatory onboarding requirements. Diversity and Inclusion at EY
