About the Role:As anOmnichannel Media Managerat Operatic, you’ll own the media performance of a portfolio of clients, leading the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated paid media campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.Working alongside Strategists, Analysts, Creative, Project Managers, and Account teams, you’ll develop media recommendations, execute campaigns across multiple channels, and continually identify opportunities to improve performance. While you may have strengths in areas such as Paid Social or Paid Search, you’ll think beyond individual platforms—building integrated media strategies that deliver the right message to the right audience through the right channels.Reporting to the Director of Omnichannel Media, you’ll become a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, combining strategic thinking, analytical curiosity, and strong execution to help clients solve business challenges through media.What You’ll Do:Own the planning, execution, optimization, and performance of integrated paid media campaigns across a portfolio of clientsDevelop omnichannel media recommendations that align with client objectives, budgets, and broader marketing strategiesPlan and execute campaigns across channels, including Google Ads, Performance Max, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Programmatic, Digital Video, Retail Media, and emerging platformsManage audience strategy, campaign structure, budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, tracking implementation, and quality assurancePerformance OptimizationContinuously optimize campaigns against client KPIs and business objectivesDevelop structured testing strategies across audiences, creative, placements, channels, bidding strategies, and media mix.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale successful campaigns, and solve performance challenges through data‑driven decision‑makingStay current with platform innovations and recommend new opportunities to improve client performanceReporting & Business InsightsBuild reports and dashboards that translate campaign performance into meaningful business insightsIdentify trends, explain performance drivers,



and develop actionable optimization recommendationsConnect media performance to business outcomes such as pipeline growth and revenuePresent campaign performance, recommendations, and strategic insights to clients and internal teamsServe as the day‑to‑day media lead across your client portfolioParticipate in campaign planning, performance reviews, budget discussions, and strategic planning sessionsPartner closely with Strategists, Account Teams, Project Coordinators, Creative, and Marcomms to deliver integrated marketing solutionsContribute to the ongoing evolution of Operatic’s media capabilities by sharing knowledge, identifying process improvements, and helping establish best practicesSupport accurate tracking, event setup, and performance reporting via Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and other toolsWhat You’ll Bring:4–7 years of experience developing and managing integrated paid media campaigns within an agency or performance marketing environmentExperience managing campaigns across multiple paid media channels, with deep expertise in major platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic, or Retail MediaStrong understanding of audience strategy, attribution, campaign optimization, full‑funnel marketing, and media planningHands‑on experience with GA4, campaign tracking, reporting platforms, and marketing analyticsProven ability to translate campaign performance into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.Confidence in presenting campaign performance and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholdersStrong commercial awareness, balancing campaign performance with client objectives, budgets, and long‑term partnership growthComfortable making recommendations, testing new ideas, and challenging assumptions, while remaining open to changing direction when supported by dataHighly organized,



accountable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced agency environmentA genuine curiosity for learning, experimenting, and continually improving both campaign performance and team capabilityNice To Have:Experience managing high‑budget eCommerce or lead generation campaignsExperience working within healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, or other regulated industriesExperience with Performance Max, Retail Media, Programmatic buying, CRM integrations, or Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)Current Google Ads, Meta, or other platform certificationsExperience mentoring junior team members or contributing to media best practices.Why Operatic Agency:Competitive compensation and perks.This role offers a salary of $80,000–$95,000 CAD commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and mental health support.Meaningful, complex work.
