Vanderwell has served northern Alberta for over 80 years and is seeking a Sawmill Shift Supervisor with extensive lumber industry experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in the industry and 5 years in supervisory roles. You will ensure maintenance standards, conduct inspections, and assist with major equipment overhauls while managing your team effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise employees in sawmill production operations
- Conduct daily inspections and coordinate repairs
- Ensure safety procedures are followed consistently
- Address scheduling issues for staff and operations
