- Create and update schedules for clinical staff
- Process payroll and attendance verification forms
- Assist with resident admission and discharge processes
- Maintain accurate resident charts and records
- Greet residents and visitors to facilitate a welcoming setting Requirements:
- Graduation from a Health Care Aide program or similar
- Experience scheduling 80+ staff in healthcare settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
