Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, risk mitigation, and stakeholder input

Gather and clarify requirements from senior stakeholders

Identify and address risks in product development

Monitor product performance and provide updates to senior management

Foster collaboration across finance, legal, IT, and operations

Lead business transformation and change management initiatives

Business Experience: Minimum 5 years in senior Product Owner/Product Manager roles, with direct accountability for business outcomes

Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of engaging with senior business leaders and aligning product features with organizational goals

Risk Assessment & Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of financial accounting standards, legal regulations, and risk management in a business context revenue growth, cost reduction, risk mitigation)

Experience leading business transformation initiatives

Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, risk mitigation, and stakeholder input

Gather and clarify requirements from senior stakeholders

Identify and address risks in product development

Monitor product performance and provide updates to senior management

Foster collaboration across finance, legal, IT, and operations





Lead business transformation and change management initiatives

Assets Qualified certifications in Product Ownership, risk management, financial accounting, or legal compliance (e.g., CSPO, CPA, CFA, FRM, CISA, MBA, PMP)

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Azure DevOps)

Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements and standards

Bilingual in both official languages (French and English)

Experience in business transformation or change management
