- Deliver cybersecurity and cloud technical services to new and existing customers
- Implement, configure, maintain and support cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions
- Build customised demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) / Proof of Value (POVs) to customers
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and solution briefings to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues relating to cloud infrastructure, network security and cybersecurity solutions
- Monitor, analyse and respond to security alerts, incidents and potential threats
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of security solutions, including firewalls, endpoint security, web application security and cloud security solutions
- Support customers in maintaining the security, availability and performance of their cloud environments
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation reports and service reports where required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in cybersecurity, cloud implementation, technical support or related fields
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, network security, firewalls and security monitoring
- Relevant cybersecurity or cloud certifications will be an advantage
- Team player with good communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Positive foundation in information technology trends and developments

Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
