and Cx Admin/Ops SupportPerform or oversee commissioning field reviews during construction and issue Field Observation Reports as requiredReview, challenge, approve, and take accountability for commissioning documentation and resultsManage commissioning-related communication with owners, consultants, and contractorsEnsure deficiencies, issues, and risks are documented and closedRequired CapabilitiesStrong systems-level understanding of building mechanical, electrical, controls, safety/security, and communications systemsAbility to evaluate and direct technical work performed by othersComfortable managing multiple projects without micromanagementSound judgment under schedule and client pressure* In accordance with theEmployment Standards Act,wedo not use AI toolsto screen or filter résumés.
