We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help lead the next phase of growth.Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the COO, you will act as a true business partner, supporting strategy, improving profitability, and building the financial, people, and technology infrastructure required to scale a high-performance dealership group.Your MandateLead Finance, with oversight of HR and IT, ensuring sound financial stewardship, strong governance, and organizational capability to enable sustainable growth.This includes:Driving sustainable EBITDA growthBuilding scalable systems and processesEmbedding financial discipline into all areas of operationsEnabling expansion through data-driven decision-making and capital strategyWhat You'll DoDrive Strategy & GrowthPartner with the CEO and COO to execute the Group's strategic plan, including expansion and acquisitionsLead financial modeling, scenario planning, and capital allocation decisionsProvide insight that drives action—not just reportingManage the KPIs critical to dealership success:Expense ratiosInterest expenseGross margin by departmentInventory turns and agingWorking capital and cash flowDeliver actionable insights at the branch and executive levelSupport a sales-driven culture with disciplined financial oversightLead Dealership Financial PerformanceOwn the Finance FunctionLead all aspects of finance across a multi-entity structure:Budgeting, forecasting, and Financial Planning & AdminFinancial reporting and controlsCash flow and working capital managementOversee inventory strategy and floorplan financingEnsure accurate, timely financials that enable quick decision-makingPartner with Operations to Maximize ProfitabilityWork closely with the COO to improve efficiency, margins, and absorptionSupport pricing strategies, cost control,
