The Role:
- Managingthe installation of security solutions, ensuring productive delivery fromthe time of accepted quotation to successful fulfilment in accordance withjob scope and client needs.
- Reviewand careful interpretation of project needs, monitoring compliance withWilsons and Industry standards.
- Supportingthe technical team in understanding of project needs and providing teamleadership for issue resolution by working with the appropriate teammembers and supervisors.
- Maintainingclient relationships and ensuring satisfaction, including projectscheduling, managing client expectations, oversight of on-site technicalwork and client training.
- Ensuringclear and concise documentation of execution as it pertains to scope,change orders, notes, etc.
- Ongoingdevelopment of personal technical and industry knowledge to provide highquality and value security solutions.
Qualifications:
- Organizationand time management
- Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal
- Strongunderstanding of computers (i.e.: Microsoft Office)
- Stronganalytical and decision-making skills
- Ableto prioritize workload in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-oriented
- Provenskills in conflict resolution
- Eagernessto learn & effective team player
- Demonstratedexperience in a technical environment
- Knowledgeand understanding of security systems is an asset
- PMPCertification is considered an asset
This is a full-time permanent position with a veryattractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and otheremployee incentives. Positions are beingfilled in Moncton, New Brunswick. This is an in-office role.
