Permanent, Toronto, Working Hours: EST Must Haves - 6+ years in Python development

- 4+ years’ experience in AWS or other cloud
- 3+ years building Machine Learning models using sklearn, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks
- 3+ years building Deep Learning models and Neural Networks
- 2+ years building AI systems and AI Agents including Agentic AI, AgentOps, and LLMOps




- Bachelor or Master’s in Computer Science or related field Nice to Have - 4+ years working with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Serverless architecture
- AI-assisted development using agentic coding tools such as Kiro and Copilot
- Experience giving large technical demos to varied audiences
- Experience supporting large-scale systems Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions supporting business requirements
- Architect Agentic AI applications following best practices
- Research and implement AI/ML techniques and industry trends
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
- Participate in performance and load testing to improve scalability and performance
- Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment automation
