As a Project Manager in Water and Wastewater Engineering, you will oversee complex projects such as plants and pumping stations. Your role includes coordination of design, execution, and compliance with relevant environmental standards. Essential skills like project management experience and engineering knowledge will be vital in delivering high-quality services to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage entire project lifecycle from initiation to close-out
• Oversee budget, scope, and scheduling throughout projects
• Conduct quality assurance and design review workshops
• Initiate and manage environmental assessments and public meetings
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with contracts
Requirements:
• 5+ years in project management for water/wastewater
• Post-secondary degree in relevant engineering discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking software
• Certification from OACETT as a Certified Engineering Technologist
• PMP certification preferred
