As a Level 3 Business System Analyst, you'll report to the Director General of Human Capital Management Modernization – Military, focusing on mapping designated MPMS capabilities and defining critical data integration elements. Your work helps integrate fragmented personnel functions into an effective enterprise solution. This role requires in-person attendance at Canadian Forces Bases for essential registrations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



• Map essential MPMS capabilities and operational flows • Evaluate existing procedures and legacy systems • Document data structures and integration dependencies • Create and maintain conceptual data models • Facilitate requirements validation and governance

Requirements: • Proven competency as a Level 3 Business System Analyst • Expertise in business process and data modeling methodologies • Background in SQL, Java, or C/C++ is essential • Familiarity with cloud environments and ERP platforms is an advantage • Must be eligible for Enhanced Reliability security clearance
