Application Deadline:08/08/2026Address:100 King Street WestJob Family Group:Customer SolutionsOverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Associate, Sales Operations & Enablement to support our Inside Sales organization across four offices. This role will be a critical partner to Sales Leadership, driving operational efficiency, enabling team success, and ensuring seamless execution of key processes and initiatives.Based in Toronto (4 days in office), this role requires a strong blend of analytical capability, process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Process ExcellenceLead expense management processes for the Inside Sales team, including tracking, reporting, and optimizationIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalabilityConduct regular audits across the Inside Sales team to ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistencyDevelop and maintain standardized processes, documentation, and best practicesSales Enablement & TrainingSupport onboarding and training for recent sales systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce)Lead onboarding process optimization and execution for new hiresDeliver training sessions on systems, processes, and toolsPartner with Marketing and Product Teams to support broader initiatives and adoptionReporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain sales performance dashboards and reporting (Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI)Provide insights and analysis to Sales Leadership to support decision-makingEnsure data integrity and consistency across reporting toolsLeadership Support & CommunicationsDraft and manage internal communications to support alignment and engagementAct as a central resource for the Inside Sales team, ensuring access to tools, resources, and informationCross-Functional CollaborationLiaise with internal stakeholders across BMO GAM (e.g., HR, Finance, Technology,



Marketing)Support hiring processes including coordination, execution, tracking and candidate experienceHelp organize and maintain centralized resources and documentation for team efficiencyQualifications & SkillsStrong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce (advanced Excel skills preferred)Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional communication skills (written and verbal)Experience supporting sales teams, sales operations, or enablement functions is preferredAbility to work independently while collaborating across teams and functionsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentAdditional DetailsLocation: Toronto (4 days in-office required)Travel: Occasional travel required (10-20%)Salary :$61,600.00 - $113,900.00Pay Type:SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.

For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
