Senior Business Analyst The Business

Analyst will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the processes, which may result in ECPs, which include details about the benefits of the proposed change, the value proposition and financial figures.

Analyst will be responsible for formulating value propositions through requirements specifications, presentations and/or analysis of gaps, pain points or opportunities for innovation and/or process improvement.

Analyst will also work with the AJISS Team and AJISS Change Manager to adapt existing processes for use with updated information technology offerings. Contract- 8 months Onsite 3 days/week 2/remote Lead the Business Analysis team within AJISS responsible for process definition and maturity.



Collaborate to the definition and refinement of processes based on end-user interviews / workshops or pain points gathered from within AJISS and/or within the DND/RCN.

Apply LEAN techniques, including Value Stream Mapping, to access enterprise process maturity. Responsible for formulating value propositions in prevision to engagements with sponsors / customers. Responsible for delivering requirements based on workshops and/or pain points gathered within AJISS or collaboration with the customer.

Liaise with the AJISS Team to ensure coherence in the messaging to the AJISS Customer. University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a relevant discipline. 12+ years of experience documenting business processes and system requirements. Must be versatile, adaptable and willing to learn; Capable of developing strong relationships across the business through excellent customer service.

Experience in business / enterprise architecture;

Experience in developing business strategies. Practical experience in design thinking / design workshops. #
