Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to:

- Support business partners by coaching them in the definition, management and prioritization of the backlog as well as its involvement in the Agile value delivery process;

- Participate in the definition of the vision, orientations and objectives of projects;

- Help define and maintain the product backlog up to date and prioritized;

- Ensure the team's understanding of the product backlog to enable them to document the technical requirements for the development teams;

- Define, circumscribe and adapt the scope and the delivery strategy (releases) according to the evolution of the business context and the objectives pursued;

- Act as a reference for developers and analysts for all questions related to business needs;

- Collaborate on a multitude of aspects to ensure that scope elements are aligned with those of planning: Project plan, budgets, risk identification and mitigation, issue resolution, communication,



change management;

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and any other recurring meetings necessary for the smooth running of the project (Example: weekly divers);

- Work closely with key stakeholders: project managers, architects, developers, functional analysts and integrators;

- Understand the changes brought about by an initiative and bring out the impacts on people, processes, data, systems in a comprehensive way;

- Engage employees and demonstrate exemplary interpersonal skills.

The Profile You Are Looking For Is As Follows

- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an information technology business analyst role or equivalent;

- Experience in application system evolution projects affecting several business functions (an asset);

- Have expertise in the field
