About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets Management Consultant to lead strategic transformation initiatives for global financial institutions. The ideal candidate combines deep industry knowledge with consulting expertise, partnering with executives to modernize operating models, optimize business processes, and deliver enterprise-wide transformation across front, middle, and back-office functions.

This role requires someone who can bridge business and technology while driving measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Advise executive stakeholders on Capital Markets transformation initiatives
- Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM)
- Lead current-state assessments and future-state operating model design
- Drive business process optimization across Front, Middle, and Back Office operations
- Facilitate executive workshops and strategic planning sessions




- Translate business objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps
- Partner with technology and operations teams to deliver complex initiatives
- Lead business case development and executive presentations
- Mentor junior consultants and project teams
