As part of the Finance Department, you will collaborate with Project Managers and Operations Supervisors to monitor costs and prepare budgets aligned with corporate objectives. The role demands proficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and diligent adherence to deadlines while ensuring compliance with financial processes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate annual budget preparation and provision of financial data
• Collaborate on strategic budget planning and 5-year forecasts
• Ensure compliance by coordinating quarterly forecast updates




• Maintain and update forecasts using Planning Analytics
• Prepare accurate monthly accruals with Admins and LEM Coordinators
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft D365 and ERP systems
• Robust Excel proficiency and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
