Our client, e-commerce company in the automotive aftermarket parts space, is looking for a Supplier Operations Relationship Manager to take full ownership of its supplier ecosystem. This is a full-time, in-person role based in the Mississauga, working cross-functionally with catalog, logistics, finance, and operations teams to keep the supply chain running smoothly. The role leans on spreadsheets and internal reporting tools to track supplier performance, order flow, and KPIs — this isn't a coding role, but a strong analytical, data-driven mindset is essential.

The #1 draw here is ownership — this isn't account "management," it's end-to-end accountability for the supplier relationship, from daily fire-fighting to long-term performance strategy. Our client wants someone who can be both the relationship-builder and the enforcer: firm enough to hold suppliers accountable, but skilled enough to keep the partnership strong while doing it. It's a outstanding fit for someone who gets energy from solving logistical puzzles, hates loose ends, and wants a seat at the table on commercial conversations (pricing, lead times, shipping terms) rather than just executing them. Required Skills & Experience





- 1–4 years in supplier management, supply chain operations, or procurement
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be assertive when necessary
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and internal reporting tools for data tracking and workflow management
- Proven ability to manage multiple supplier threads and priorities simultaneously without losing track of details

- Experience negotiating or supporting commercial terms (pricing, lead times, shipping)
