What You’ll Accomplish With Us

As a Senior Claims Adjuster, External Road , you will be at the center of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Travelling to loss sites to investigate claims,



analyze circumstances, and negotiate settlements in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures;
- Handling complex residential insurance claims, including hidden defects, bodily injury cases, and losses exceeding $50,000;
- Coordinating the various stakeholders and experts involved in claims under your responsibility;
- Evaluating recovery opportunities, controlling damages, and validating claim eligibility based on applicable coverage;
- Negotiating settlements, preparing comprehensive reports within required timelines, and settling claims within your authority level.
