Overview Role Mandate: This Cloud Business Analyst will be a member of the Cloud Enablement team that is creating a path for technology partners to adopt cloud as an avenue for application delivery, while adhering to an efficiently structured and sustainable cloud operating model.

Responsibilities - Understands and can explain to others the core processes, risks & mitigation techniques for designated areas.

- Anticipates and reduces complexity for others.
- Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
- Assists in the preparation of end-user materials.
- Gathers requirements and documents these requirements for use in various audits, reports, & projects.
- Works with Core team and stakeholders to validate their requirements and analysis models via techniques such as reviews and walkthroughs.
- Creates documentation to ensure the supportability of analyses.
- Focus is primarily on business/group; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
- Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
- Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.



Key Skillsets - 3-5 years combination of technical and analytical skills – proficient in using business intelligence tools like PowerBI/Automate/Query (data analysis tools/Excel) - 3-5 years creating reports, transforming, and loading data from various sources (Jira, ServiceNow) - Comfortable with using formulas in both PowerBI and Excel - Data Analysis – ability to identify trends, patterns and insights within data collected - Theoretical Cloud Knowledge: AWS/Azure services/products - Understanding of the Cloud Control Matrix and the Shared Responsibility Matrix for Cloud applications/platforms - Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle - Jira and Service Now experience Nice To Haves - Previous banking experience - Leadership - ability to hit the ground running Soft Skills - Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
