Job Summary

Duties

- Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and local organizations to foster collaboration.
- Lead outreach initiatives utilizing digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, WordPress, and social media platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Manage databases including Salesforce and Raiser's Edge to track community interactions, donor information, and program participation.
- Oversee budgeting processes for community programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial plans.
- Conduct research to identify community needs, trends, and opportunities for program development.




- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and digital content creation to promote events, initiatives, and organizational messages effectively.

Requirements

- Proven experience in community development, outreach, or related fields with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Strong negotiation skills to build partnerships and secure resources or sponsorships.
- Proficiency in managing databases such as Salesforce and Raiser's Edge; familiarity with WordPress is highly desirable.
- Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and resource management within community programs.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including email marketing (Mailchimp), social media management, and online content creation.
- Excellent research skills to assess community needs and evaluate program impact.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences while demonstrating leadership qualities.
