Reporting to the Manager of Business Compliance, the Senior Analyst will be integral to executing Canadian Tire Bank's Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Program.

Collaborating with corporate compliance and business stakeholders, this role focuses on identifying and managing compliance risks while embedding effective practices into everyday operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct compliance testing and control assessments

- 3–5+ years in regulatory compliance or related field
