Make an impact with our Consulting - Human Resources team as a Senior Consultant. This diverse team of professionals develops innovative strategies that make a positive impact on clients' businesses. As a trusted advisor, you'll integrate human resources considerations and expertise into clients' strategy, structure, systems and processes.

Responsibilities
Propose, plan and deliver consulting engagements with a focus on organization and people services in the private, and not-for-profit sectors
Provide HR support and services to clients on a fractional basis including building and rolling out HR systems, processes and tools, advising leaders, and responding to emerging issues.
Execute projects related to talent management, performance management, human resource strategy and policy development, compensation, change management, organizational review and design,
Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders
Conduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveys
Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations
Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop
Review, design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondence
Lead engagement teams, developing effective relationships with clients while coaching and mentoring junior team members
Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals
Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
Skills And Experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, organizational development, organizational psychology, behavioural sciences or other related field
CPHR, Prosci, CMC, PMP or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset
4 to 5 years of progressive human resources experience, ideally in a entrepreneurial and/or changing environment
Experience building and rolling out HR programs
Demonstrated project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
